So-Called “Christians” Boo Ron Paul For Applying The Golden Rule

Quick, someone call David Jeremiah. He needs a new addition of “I Never Thought I’d See The Day”. Christians are now booing the Golden Rule. If you happened to have caught the recent South Carolina debate you probably witnessed the most embarrassing and backwards display of “Christian” love you’ve ever seen. When speaking of foreign policy Ron Paul asserted we should use the Golden Rule (you know, do unto others what you would have them do to you) and he got booed by a supposed “Christian” Conservative crowd. My heart sank. What was Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich’s response? “Kill ‘em!” Which ended up getting a standing ovation. Because obviously that’s what Jesus would do!

I hope there were other Christians who watched in horror as I did to the blood thirsty display. It amazes me how many people who claim to know Jesus but don’t really know Him at all. They claim to follow Jesus but when they actually come across a person who wants to apply His teachings, they consider that person crazy! They are nothing but Pharisees. They’ll take Barabbas over Jesus. If you’re a true Christian you should be squirming at this hideous display. Many people who watched that debate will now believe that all Conservative Christians want is death. When Jesus spoke of loving your neighbor there were no exceptions. Yes, even if they hate you, even if they are Muslim, you are still to love them. It is love that brings people to Jesus not bombs. Wake up Christendom. The Lord is certainly not pleased.

Herman Cain Cozy with Henry Kissinger??

For the life of me I can’t figure out why the Cain camp would post a pic with Herman and Henry Kissinger having breakfast together on their official Facebook page. But there it was. I guess if you want to lose votes then this is the thing to do.

Just so you know what kind of guy Kissinger is:

Never Let A False Prophet Go To Waste

Well, it’s May 22, 2011. We’re all still here and Harold Camping is nowhere to be found. This was fairly predictable. Now if you listened to the MSM you’d probably be under the impression that most Christians believed they were going to be beamed up yesterday. This of course is not so. Most Christians believed the false prophet was uttering complete nonsense as no one knows the day nor the hour before the Father has revealed it. However the media would hate to waste a golden opportunity to lump all Christians together with the fringe nut Camping. While you’re tuning in today you’ll see the pundits mocking not only Camping but Christianity altogether. The Atheists certainly aren’t going to miss the opportunity to spread their own version of evangelizing. They’re planning a summit to spread secularism because of the failed prophecy. I hope Harold Camping (where ever he might be) realizes the damage he has done. People who wrongly put their faith in him might end up losing their faith altogether. He should be ashamed of himself for misleading people yet again. I pray that people will see through these kinds of false teachings and go to God Himself for the answers. Answers you won’t find from Camping nor your TV screen.

Obama’s Multiple So-Called “Birth Certificates”

It’s like déjà-vu. I know I’ve been here before. The Obama administration releases yet another birth certificate to squelch those darn “birther” rumors. When I first heard the Obama camp released his real birth certificate my first reaction was ”Well obviously this has to be fake.” But for a split second I gave Obama the benefit of a doubt. I thought “Maybe this could be the real thing”. But alas my first reaction was right. Just one look at that form and I knew it was yet another sorry attempt to put to rest his citizenship issue. In actuality this is going to hurt Obama and cause more controversy. How you may ask?

Well first the document that is being presented states it is a “Certificate of Live Birth”. We must understand that a “Certificate of Live Birth” is NOT a birth certificate. It wouldn’t even pass in a court of law as proof of birth. So therefore the first thing wrong with this document is that it’s not even a birth certificate to begin with.

Even with that aside we have to now deal with the OTHER “Certificate of Live Birth” Obama released a couple of years ago. That’s right, there is another one! In another attempt to squelch the rumors a “Certificate of Live Birth” was put on his own website. This was also proven to be fake. If it hadn’t there would have been no need to release another one. Let’s compare shall we?

First we have “Certificate of Live Birth” number one from a couple of years ago posted on his website. Second we have the new one posted today. Notice the difference? You should. They’re COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Not to mention the fact that for 50 year old documents they’re in amazing condition. I’m only 26 and my birth certificate looks more worn than these. So which ones the real one? Why is there two? Maybe one for each hospital he was supposedly born in. So you can see how posting this new document isn’t going to end the rumors. It hasn’t nailed the coffin shut by a long shot. This is only going to create more buzz.

Planned Parenthood Caught In Another Pickle – No Mammograms

Yes, yet again Planned Parenthood has been caught with their pants down. During a recent round of publicity interviews, in the wake of fear of defunding, the CEO of Planned Parenthood Cecile Richards was touting other services the organization supposedly offers. One of them being mammograms. What’s the problem with that? Apparently, Planned Parenthood does NOT offer mammograms.

Today Live Action (the organization famous for catching Planned Parenthood in scandals) released a video today (below) of a new investigation. Numerous Planned Parenthood clinics in various states were called by a Live Action worker. The woman called merely seeking a mammogram only to find that none of the Planned Parenthoods offered any such thing. So now it looks as though Planned Parenthood is caught trying to receive tax payer funding for services they don’t provide. Watch the video below.

Now if Planned Parenthood happens to delete that out of their site, I have a screen cap I can post.

With this new information regarding Planned Parenthood’s lack of breast cancer services, this begs an obvious question. Will the Susan G. Koman foundation stop giving money to Planned Parenthood? We shall see.

Shroud of Turin Revisited

It seems the Shroud of Turin has gained popularity these days. For those of you who don’t know what the Shroud is, it is believed to be the burial cloth of Yeshua (Jesus Christ). About twenty years ago it had been dismissed as a fake due to a Carbon 14 test that dated it to the 1300′s. However with the advancement of science, other techniques have given us contradictory results which has made experts question the accuracy of the Carbon 14 test altogether. Some of you might remember the History Channel’s special called “The Real Face of Jesus?” in which a team try to digitally reconstruct the face of Jesus using the Shroud of Turin. Since then there have been other documentaries that have gone even farther into the science of trying to figure out the authenticity of the Shroud. Below I have posted 2 videos which are the first parts of the separate documentaries. One called “The Gospel of the Shroud” and the other “New Science Now Proves Jesus Christ”. The Wolf Known As Knapp

Last month a supposed “Christian” music artist had a coming out party live on Larry King. To be perfectly honest before the televised scandal I had no idea who Jennifer Knapp was. Thank God. I truly have empathy for those who have followed Knapp’s musical career and looked up to her to be one of those “little lights” shinning for Christ. They were all deceived.

Body Language

Again since I didn’t know much about her I decided to do a web search to find out more about this supposed “Christian”. I know your not suppose to judge a book by its cover but a picture is truly worth a thousand words. The first photo I came across (above left) is very telling. I could see the cunning in her eyes. That also showed during her interview with Larry King. She was very cocky and smug. With many of her arguments it seems she didn’t know much about true Christianity. Frankly, she didn’t seem like she knew what the heck she was talking about.

That’s up for translation…

One of the arguments that Knapp brought up was questioning the authenticity of Bible translations on the issue of homosexuality. To be blunt the only ones who bring up the “That’s up for translation..” argument are the ones offended by what the Bible says. With this argument they usually referer to the Greek texts that they claim are “mistranslated”. What about the Old Testament? What about the Hebrew? The Jews still teach that the immorality of Sodom and Gomorrah was homosexuality. They’re Bible is in Hebrew. They speak Hebrew. So how do you question they’re translation? There is no misunderstanding there. It is what it is.

“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” Leviticus 18:22

There is no other way of translating this. Again, it is what it is. The remarkable thing is we can find many Bible verses from both testaments that condemns homosexuality but not a single one that condones it. What did Jesus think about homosexuality? Not very highly considering in Matthew 19:3-7 Jesus quoted Genesis 2:24 which reads:

“Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”

So in this passage we know that Jesus, on the subject of marriage and coming together as one flesh, reaffirmed the previous law that it was between a man and a woman. Therefore there was no change from what the Jews taught in the Old Testament about homosexuality and the New Testament. That stayed the same.

She said what??

During this interview on Larry King they had Pastor Bob Botsford to debate this subject. Bob and Jennifer went back and forth and said something to Bob that was surprising to say the least.

“You don’t want a young girl that’s sitting in your congregation who says ‘Gosh I think I might have to choose between my sexuality and my faith!’ And you want her to choose faith!”

I thought to myself “Did she really just say that?!” I mean, how dare that Preacher expect a girl in his congregation to choose everlasting life over her sexual desires! Surely a woman who claims to be a Christian should know that everyday is a battle between choosing God or choosing the world. Jesus said in Matthew 12:30 that: “He who is not with me is against me.” You cannot have it both ways. If it’s between everlasting life and your sexual desires, you choose LIFE!

“It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God;” -1 Thess 4:3-5

Sinners and Stoners

It was inevitable perhaps. There would be other lukewarm “Christians” who would try to defend the singer by justifying sin. They start off with the “Don’t cast the first stone” logic to invoke this notion that we shouldn’t judge. Failing to mention that we are suppose to judge with righteous judgement. (John 7:24) Also failing to mention that at the end of John Chapter 8 Jesus told the woman to not sin anymore. Because when all else fails they revert to the “We’re all sinners” logic. Yes, we’re all sinners but what separates the real Christians from everyone else is conviction and repentance. John the Baptist and Jesus didn’t go around preaching “The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!…buuuut you know what it’s okay if you sin. Your okay, I’m okay and we’re all okay!” They said “REPENT for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!” When a true Christian sins they will be convicted which will result in repentance. Repentance requires the acknowledgement of a sin and asking God for forgiveness. This is why that logic doesn’t work with the Jennifer Knapp scenario. She is unrepentant. I would say she feels no conviction but I’m pretty sure she does but chooses to bury it. When you have someone like this who says they have been placed here on the behalf of Jesus yet unrepentantly lives a life Jesus would not condone, you have a big problem.

Conclusion

Knapp can certainly sing a good game but judging her fruits she knows nothing about Yeshua. She is truly a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Hiding an eight year homosexual relationship from people who thought she loved the Lord. Of course coming out she would chance losing her fan base as she rightfully should. Speaking of which this whole scandal conveniently happened a month before the release of her new album. What a shock. Personally, I hope the Christian world boycotts her album to let her know that when given a choice between the word of God and her ideals, they choose God.

The Real Face of Jesus?

It was something I thought I’d never see on the History channel. A relatively unbiased documentary of graphic artists creating a 3D portrait of Jesus using the Shroud of Turin. For those of you who don’t know what the Shroud of Turin is, it’s a fabric with a body outline and face of a man embedded on it. It is believed to many to be the cloth that Jesus was wrapped in after he was crucified. The Shroud, of course, is very controversial. Many claim that it’s not authentic and it was created. However in this documentary you find that the Shroud has gone through thousands of tests and scientists still can’t figure out how the image got there. I myself am not sure if it’s the real McCoy but I do find it to be very interesting and puzzling. Graphic experts lead by Ray Downing spent 6 months to bring Jesus’ face to life. Is it accurate? Who knows? For me, the fact that anyone would even care to do it is an amazement. For those of you who missed the unveiling I have created a video for you.
